About Us
Jacobs Welfare Trust warmly welcomes you !!!
Jacobs Welfare Trust Established in 2025 with a sacred purpose, the trust was founded by Shri Peter Jacob, Smt. Chetna Sarvaiya, and Mrs. Renuka Kharche. The trust began with a simple, compassionate act — providing shelter to a few helpless cows.
Disturbed by the neglect and harm many cows face — abandonment, road accidents, or being sent to slaughter — the founders pledged to create a safe, nurturing sanctuary. They secured and fenced a portion of their land to provide a protected home for these animals.
Serving cows is viewed by the trust as a selfless and noble duty that supports culture, nature, and compassion. Our clear aim is to promote cow welfare and to provide lasting care for cows that have been abandoned, injured, or are no longer able to be cared for by their owners.
Jacobs Welfare Trust is registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 and holds an 80G certificate. Donors may be eligible for tax benefits when contributing to our trust.
