Refund Policy
Jacobs Welfare Trust aims to provide a customer-friendly experience and allows cancellations if requested immediately after placing the order. However, cancellation may not be possible once the order has been processed or shared with vendors. Cancellation is not applicable for perishable items like flowers or food, but a refund or replacement may be considered if the delivered product is of poor quality. In case of damaged or defective items, customers must inform our Customer Service team on the same day of delivery for verification and resolution.
If the product received does not match the description or expectations, it should be reported on the same day for appropriate action. For products covered under manufacturer warranty, customers should contact the manufacturer directly. Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 1–2 working days to the customer’s account.
